When you're ready to start a fitness program backed by science and guided by a professional gym trainer, the Orangetheory workout is for you. Our studio location in Highlands, Colorado, caters to individuals of all fitness levels, and we make it easy and fun to incorporate a workout into your busy day.

For each 60-minute class, you'll be alternating between various movements for cardiovascular and strength training. Because you're wearing a heart rate monitor, you can see your heart rate climb through the five zones: gray, green, blue, orange and red. To continue to burn calories even after your workout, your aim is to maintain 12 to 20 minutes in the orange zone, which is your target heart rate.

Every class is guided by one of our trainers, so you have access to professional advice. We'll discuss your goals and help you understand how to get the results you want. Our gym trainers will challenge you and ensure that you don't get bored as every class is different.

Orangetheory is for everyone because our sessions are designed to allow each person to reach their full potential. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, you can feel satisfied that you've done your best. Working in a group will encourage you to be consistent and stick to your goals.

You can start to change your body and increase your energy today by calling Orangetheory in Highlands, Colorado, at (720) 409-9509. Join your first class for free and discover the gym specials we offer, such as the Bridal Challenge. With our pay-as-you-go plans, you're free to come to classes when you want to.

Katy started working at OTF about a year ago and has quickly progressed from working the front desk to training at the Highlands and Union Station locations. Katy has an Associate’s degree in Personal Training from Heritage College. She is a certified ACE trainer, as well as a certified ViPR group fit instructor. She became very interested in fitness through her personal experience in discovering the positive benefits of taking care of your body. This has helped improve her self-confidence, boosted energy, and aide in stress relief. She continually has a desire to help others achieve goals through establishing internal motivation to be involved in physical activity. She spends her free time at the barn with her two horses’ trail riding and instructing the occasional lesson for young, aspiring cowgirls.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
